I am a Master Certified Coach, Board-Certified Mental Health Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner and CBT Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach with over 30 years of experience coaching and mentoring Women, Tween & Teen Girls. I am also in Graduate School completing my MA in Applied Psychology: Developmental Psychology Graduate Degree. I will help you gain the tools and understanding to help you to breakthrough barriers and self sabotage in order to create new and effective habits to keep you moving forward.
My 30+ years of working with tween & teen girls has given me insight into what you are experiencing in these important years of your life. I can provide you with dedication and a commitment to giving you tools and practical strategies to move through these tough years with support, mentoring and leadership.
As a Mom of three myself, who has been through all of the stages of parenting, I can help guide you with practical tools and offer solutions and guidance in your struggles with parenting all ages.
I also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and extensive 20+ years of experience in business, management and leadership roles that can offer Women and new graduates guidance in exploring your skills and career goals. I will help you gain a new outlook and make a plan to put those skills and career goals into action.
